I got this a month or so ago.It went together quite well and seemed to be of very high quality construction.It is easier to build with two people.Some parts are quite heavy and awkward.

I was quite impressed by the quality on little things and its pretty imposing when finished.

I find it easy to use.I went up to this model as you don’t have to keep changing the cable routing like some of the cheaper models. You do have to take on or off some of the varioius attachments like ab curl station or leg ext/curl attachment or squat attachment ,etc but they do go on pretty quickly.

I got extra 410 of resistance.I realize its not same as free weights but dont’ much matter that much to me.I did also get the excellent select tech dumbells to still do some free weight exercises for variety.

I like the bowflex as no spotters needed and its quick to change resistance.I think its pretty smooth and decently quiet and like the feel of it,it seems to not give muscle soreness and have had some free weight tendon problems in the past and don’t feel any soreness in my arms etc so far with the bowflex.

I think they could still make a few improvements like being able to add even more weight to this top of line unit as some guys ,not me yet thought can max out the 410 in some exercises.Some guy just add some band type things to get a bit more resistance.
